Death Order Two Doors Event Guide

Commit to a clear doorway, then reset to the full Simon Says prefix check if your side enters the fast command sequence.

Table of contents

The Two Doors Event asks you to choose one of the two cafeteria doors. The choice does not use a dependable red-or-blue answer: the side that avoids the trial can change between rounds.

QUICK ANSWER: Enter one door before the choice closes. If your side opens into the command trial, stop guessing about the color and read every rapid prompt from the beginning.

Reach the door area

The door choice takes place by the cafeteria. When the full prompt says SIMON SAYS CHOOSE A DOOR, CHOOSE WISELY, move to one available door and commit before the selection ends.

Choose from the current routes:

  1. Check which doorway has a clear approach.
  2. Avoid a side blocked by a dense group when the other route is open.
  3. Enter the selected doorway instead of stopping in front of it.
  4. Keep the command area visible while the result is revealed.

Do not wait for the crowd to prove a safe side. A late choice can fail even if you eventually copy a player who guessed correctly.

What happens after the choice

One side can pass the door stage without the rapid command sequence. Players on the other side must survive a faster series of Simon Says checks.

Landing on the command side is not an automatic loss. Reset your attention and use the normal rule:

  1. Read the complete prompt.
  2. Confirm that it begins with SIMON SAYS.
  3. Perform only the named action.
  4. Stop adding inputs and read the next line.

The sequence can speed up, so reacting to the final action word before reading the prefix is the main trap.

There is no fixed safe color

Red and blue are labels for the current choice, not a durable solution. Current rounds show that the same color does not always produce the same result.

Avoid these false shortcuts:

  • always choosing the color that worked last round;
  • treating the larger crowd as proof;
  • assuming a character or decoration marks the safe door;
  • standing between both doors until the final moment.

Pick a clear route, then be ready to play the command trial. That plan works no matter which side receives it.

If your side gets rapid commands

Keep movement small and finish one instruction at a time. Extra jumping, crouching, or walking can overlap the next prompt and turn a correct action into a mistake.

  • Center the camera on the command bar.
  • Ignore players on the other side of the barrier.
  • Use the full prefix check for every new line.
  • Do not repeat the previous action unless the new prompt requires it.

For the base decision rule, use How to Play. The Events and Commands reference covers the common actions that can appear during the trial.
